    Why it's almost great (but not quite)

    The staff is attentive. The views from the terrace are amazing, a perfect backdrop for any occasion.

    There were issues with air conditioning and several guests reported inadequate cooling upon arrival, impacting overall comfort.

    The property was perfect with thoughtful staff from front desk to maids, I loved the stay. The room of this place was nicely equipped with lovely view. I found the hotel's location amazing, just next door to Napoli as well as a 5-minute stroll away down quiet lanes.

    They serve fantastic breakfasts for all tastes with amazing views, yoghurts plus fruit. Very welcoming and incredible hotel staff from front desk to maids, everything was spotless.

    The Junior Suite we stayed in had a spacious terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee with fine sea views. The pool area was perfect for the kids, and the staff treated us like royalty, especially Giovanni, who made sure we were well taken care of.

    Wonderful and absolutely gorgeous place, I enjoyed exceptional personnel.

    Perfect for couples looking for serenity

    On arrival, we were welcomed by the staff with a special Capri Tort and a personalized welcome card celebrating our anniversary. The views from our Junior Suite were amazing, and we was like royalty overlooking the cliffs and the small boat harbor.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but it's all worth every penny.

    Had an very nice time with friends! We explored fine sights and hidden trails while guided by a local expert. The views from our junior suite were fantastic, and the pool was perfect. The staff was lovely and remembered our preferences. Enjoyed breakfast with the same friendly faces each day. Don't miss the amazing restaurant upstairs!

    The only downside was the limited dinner options, which might be a drawback for some guests.

    What a beautiful place! The pool area was awesome and the staff were super friendly. Our garden suite was spacious and stylish. Breakfast by the pool was fab, just wish there were more loungers to soak up the sun. A short walk to town but we enjoyed the quiet. Highly recommend it!
